How to delete the wall and the entire room?

Can we get a way to delete a wall WITHOUT removing the floor????? Asking specifically for 1st floor, this would be great instead of using 'outside area' which has way too many glitches. On main level, in order to keep the floor you can only change wall height to 4" @Homestyler Official
